Specialty Ring Division Peterson Spring Maumee Plant 1625 Commerce Road Holland, Ohio 43528 This is the address of our improved and relocated manufacturing operation in our Maumee, Ohio facility and is a dedicated operating unit within the Peterson Spring Maumee Plant. Our focus is on a service offering of Ring Prototypes, Short Run Rings, and Special or Custom Ring Orders. Peterson Spring has incorporated full tool room and design capabilities, updated state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment, and foremost utilizes manufacturing operations that provide a dedicated and highly skilled support staff for your product requirements. Our ring manufacturing division offers a variety of capabilities including: wire shaping, coiling, stress relieving, coining, notching, custom bends, shot peening, color coding for identification, special packaging, and some plating. We can provide products in many types of materials from; oil tempered, hard drawn, chrome silicon and various grades of stainless steel spring wire, along with basic steel 1010, and some aluminum applications. Overview of Product Capabilities: Wire Shaping / Rolling - Size and Type Range from; .035” sq. to .500” x .250” in Hard Drawn or Oil Tempered ( including section ratio up to 5 - 1 ) Also capable of many of the above sizes in OT Chromium Silicon. ( including section ratio up to 3 – 1 ) .062 sq. to .355” x .385” in Basic – 1010 ( including section ratio up to 5 - 1 ) Specialty items including; various beveled and multi-beveled shapes in hard drawn or oil tempered. Ring Coiling - Size and Type Range from; Diameters - .500” to 60” on Standard type 2.500” to 11.500” on Elliptical type 3.000” to 7.500” on Wave type Secondary Processes - ( Value Added ) Notches , bent tangs ( inward / outward ) , holes , chamfered ends , grinding ( tighter tolerance ), plating , painting, and packaging are some of our value added processes.
